All papers for the conference must be submitted through the submission site.
  • Submission Deadline: March 9, 2012, 11:59pm PST Extended to March 16, 2012, 11:59pm PST
Submitted papers must be original work, and may not be under consideration for another conference or journal. Papers must conform to two column ACM proceedings format with page limit set by the category your submission has been selected for:
  • Full Papers: 10 Page Limit
  • Posters: 2 Page Limit
The first page of the paper should include the paper title and author name(s).

Industry session papers should also be submitted through the above submission process and comply with the same deadline - March 9, 2012, 11:59pm PST March 16, 2012, 11:59pm PST. When submitting the paper, please select the "Industry Session" option in the submission page. An industry session is defined as "Paper presenting industry viewpoint on technologies, products, and market needs. An industry session paper may also address current challenges and opportunities for academic and corporate research collaborations."


WORD USERS
  1. Please download the template from the ACM website.
  2. Be sure to format your document for US Letter (8-1/2x11). Please check that your submission adheres to the set page limit for your type of submission (see above).
  3. Insert the ACM copyright statement, (right click and download to cut and paste into your paper). This statement should appear in 8 pt. Times New Roman, justified text, with ICAC-12 italicized.
  4. You need to upload your .pdf file to: http://icac12.cs.purdue.edu/. We recommend using a modern, standards-compliant Web browser to upload the necessary files.

LaTEX USERS
  1. Please use sig-alternate class file from the ACM website. Insert the following three lines in your .tex document after \begin{document} to produce the correct copyright statement and info:

  2. LaTex user, you MUST use Type 1 fonts for your submission, for help see: http://www.acm.org/sigs/pubs/proceed/sigfaq.htm#a14. PDF LaTex can be used to create a pdf file for your submission, but all fonts MUST be embedded. Be sure to see the recommendations for your figures and images above.
